So the power was off yesterday for a few hours and the generator was on (yes, we have a whole house automatic-starting generator that came with the house).
When the power came back on everything except for our cable modem was ok. It must have received a power surge. I picked up a new one tonight at Best Buy and got it on the network with help from a Xfinity rep. I couldn’t wait for Amazon to deliver 🙂
